How do I get my shoes to you to be cleaned?

We have two drop off locations; enjoy Barbering co in Stafford & He & Co Barber Shop. You can drop off your dirty kicks at either of these locations without a booking.

Alternatively we accept do accept drop offs at our Nuu HQ. At the moment we don’t have consistent working hours and so drop offs at our HQ are by appointment. (update coming soon!).

We also offer free home collections and drop offs within Stafford on all orders (ST16/17).

Do you do home collection?

Yes!

We offer free home collections and drop-offs within Stafford (ST16/17) on all orders. We can also arrange to collect from further afield at a small cost.

What’s the turnaround?

Cleans take between 3–7 days. Restorations can take up to 14 days depending on the project.

We offer 24/48 turnaround on cleaning services for an additional £5. Contact us when placing your order.

What do you clean?

We clean all shoes/sneakers and a bunch of other accessories too!

caps/hats, belts, wallets, small/medium/large handbags, clutches, belts, and sliders/sandals.

How much does it cost?

Prices vary depending on the service and shoe, but adult sneaker cleans start from £25. Kids cleans start from £20.
